Shopping
To shop for Beanie Babies and other Ty products, use the
links on the left-hand side of the screen. When you click a link; pictures,
prices and the name of the selected product will appear. From here we will
introduce you to our shopping cart system.
USING THE SHOPPING CART
Here's how the "shopping cart" system works, in case you haven't used it before:
1.Browse through our
product selections, by clicking a product category that interests you.
2.If you think you'd like
to buy it, enter the quantity and click the "Add to Order" button at the bottom
of the page.
3.When you have finished
looking through the products, click the "Proceed to Check-Out" link at the
bottom of the page. You will see a list of everything you have placed in your
shopping cart, each price, and the total cost of your order.
4.Now you must first
choose the shipping option you prefer and then fill in your Billing and Shipping
information. If you are a returning customer you can simply "log in" with the
username and password that you created the first time you ordered from us. If
not you will need to create a username and password below your shipping
information. They will be used to gain access to our online order tracking
information. You will be able to login and find the status of your order at any
time after purchase. They will also be used to expedite future orders by
pre-loading all of the above fields for you. When you are happy with your order,
click the "Check Out" button to go to the secure server.
5.Now you'll notice the
"https:" prefix on the page URL that indicates you are on a secure server.
Simply verify your order and choose from one of our three payment options at the
bottom of the page. Once you have done this you will receive a verification
email for your own records and shortly thereafter your package will be shipped
and you will receive another email verifying this. That's it!
Payment by Credit Card
We are happy to provide you the convenience of using your charge card for
purchasing items on this site. We use a Secure Online Shopping Cart that
guarantees your info is viewed only by Beanies n Boyds. We accept four types of
credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover. All charges will be billed to
your credit card by Beanies n Boyds and will also appear on your credit card
as Beanies n Boyds.
